# 360 spin > An interactive sequence of images of a rotating product that the viewer can turn with the mouse or a finger. Also known as: product spin, 360-degree spin, spinset, spin set. Category: 360, 3D and output formats. A 360 spin is a sequence of images taken at evenly spaced angles around a product, usually 24 to 72 frames per rotation, played back in a viewer so the shopper can rotate the product by dragging. The set of frames is often called a spinset. A single-row spin shows the product from one elevation. More rows at different elevations make a multi-row spin, often called a 3D spin. More frames give smoother rotation at the cost of capture time and file size. ## How PhotoRobot uses it PhotoRobot states that a spin of 24 to 36 angles is usually captured within 10 to 20 seconds, and that stills, marketing images and planograms can be produced in the same batch.
