# Centerless Table > PhotoRobot motorised turntable with an optical glass plate for shadow-free photography without clipping. Also known as: Centreless Table, CL850, CL1300. Category: Hardware. The Centerless Table is a PhotoRobot motorised turntable whose product sits on an optical glass plate rather than a solid disc. Because the glass can be lit from below and the background is diffuse, products appear on a natural white background without shadows, so no clipping is needed in post-production. ## How PhotoRobot uses it The Centerless Table supports an 850 mm or a 1300 mm glass plate and a load of up to 40 kg. It offers laser-guided positioning of the object to the centre of rotation, automatic calibration of the positioning system at the touch of a button, and light holders that keep cables off the floor.
