# CUBE

> Versatile PhotoRobot robot – Cube V5, V6 and V6 RotoPower – used as a turntable, to suspend objects, or as a rotating mannequin holder.

Also known as: PhotoRobot Cube, Cube V5, Cube V6, Cube Compact, Cube V6 RotoPower. Category: Hardware.

The CUBE is a compact PhotoRobot positioning robot, available as the Cube V5, the Cube V6 and the Cube V6 RotoPower with mains power in the rotating plate. It works in three configurations: as a rotating photography platform, in suspension mode to hang objects in the air, and as a rotating holder for a mannequin torso. It works standalone or in combination with other PhotoRobot machines.

## How PhotoRobot uses it

The CUBE is available as Cube V5, V6 and V6 RotoPower, and as the Cube Compact with an integrated control unit. The V6 RotoPower brings mains power into the rotating plate ([RotoPower](https://www.photorobot.com/glossary/rotopower)), so an appliance can stay switched on while it turns. The CUBE carries up to 130 kg, including in suspension mode, which is used for handbags, chandeliers, light fittings and bicycles. For fashion, it has a system for [quick mannequin exchange](https://www.photorobot.com/glossary/quick-mannequin-exchange) and an optional storage cart for up to six mannequins.
