A refresh exam is a shorter re-certification test taken before a certificate expires. It confirms that the holder's knowledge is still current. ## How PhotoRobot uses it In PhotoRobot Academy the refresh exam has 25 questions and 45 minutes, with a higher pass threshold than the original [certification exam](https://www.photorobot.com/glossary/certification-exam) because candidates already have field experience.
