# Shooting list

> The list of items to be photographed in a project, usually imported from a spreadsheet.

Also known as: shot list, CSV import. Category: E-commerce and workflow.

A shooting list is the list of products to be photographed in a project, with identifiers such as SKU or barcode and any instructions. Importing it before the shoot lets every product be recognised by scanning instead of typing.

## How PhotoRobot uses it

PhotoRobot Controls imports shooting lists from CSV files with a configurable column structure; columns can be marked as tags, presets can be assigned by name, and new rows can be added to a project even after photography has begun. UTF-8 encoding is recommended.
