# Time to market

> The time between a product arriving and its listing going live online.

Also known as: time-to-web, time to web. Category: E-commerce and workflow.

In e-commerce, time to market (or time to web) is the time between a product becoming available and its listing, with images, going live online. Slow photography and editing delay sales, especially for seasonal ranges.

## How PhotoRobot uses it

PhotoRobot output examples state production times including time-to-web, for example 40 seconds for 36 images and a spin of a perfume bottle. Automatic publishing and export feeds put the first images of an order online while the rest is still being photographed.
