Enroll in PhotoRobot Academy

Enrollment goes through PhotoRobot sales. Tell us who needs training and on which equipment. We scope the cert tracks, the delivery format and the dates, and issue one voucher per student.

How it works

  1. Talk to sales. Share the roles you need to train (operators, studio managers, integrators, network or hardware specialists), the number of students, and the PhotoRobot equipment installed or planned at your studio.
  2. Choose tracks and format. Sales recommends the right cert tracks and a delivery format: on-site at your studio, a 2-day intensive at PhotoRobot studio, or self-paced online. Individual learners can also join a public session.
  3. Receive vouchers. Each student gets a personal voucher for one cert track. It unlocks the course material and the final certification exam.
  4. Train and certify. Students work through the modules, pass the knowledge checks and take the certification exam. A pass earns a PhotoRobot certificate valid for two years.

Payment

  • Proforma invoice and wire transfer. The usual path for studios and companies. Payment in EUR, USD or CZK; vouchers are issued once payment is confirmed.
  • Framework agreement. For customers training several teams over time, or buying training together with equipment installation. Your account manager coordinates enrollment under the agreement.

Vouchers

  • One voucher = one student = one cert track. Adding a specialty track later is a separate enrollment.
  • Single-use. Once redeemed, the voucher is tied to the student’s email address, which also receives the certificate.
  • Transferable until redeemed. Your procurement team can buy vouchers in bulk and hand them out to students.
  • Valid for 12 months from issue.
