Projects
Organize all projects in a well-arranged list, with progress overview, last modified / captured, and quick links to project managers & clients. Update project statuses: Reserved, Confirmed, In Progress, Complete, and Invoiced.
Calendar View
Use the built-in calendar view to get a more complete overview of ongoing projects and deadlines.
Items
Monitor workloads inside each project via individual Items and Item statuses for each photoshoot.

Attach statuses to items, including: New, Received, Ready, Captured, Recapture, Edit, Approved, Published, Archived, and Attention.
Barcode Reader Support
Get barcode reader support in every part of the application. Simply scan products to mark “Received”, search in item list, load Preset sequences, or prepare for capture.
Approval Process
Reduce product content review times with integrated approval processes for internal managers or direct client access. Grant access to clients for single-click approval.
Import Shooting Lists
Create shooting lists with CSV file import, including support for various properties available. In addition, users can customize the structure by marking columns as tags.

Receiving Items
Deploy item tracking features at the scan of a barcode to automatically update item statuses and generate timestamps. Support for auto-printing of internal codes or unique barcodes is also available.
Sorting to Racks or Shelves
Add rack or shelf codes to the system to sort items into categories with configurable photoshoot settings. Simply add a rack or shelf code and deploy a barcode reader to organize your products and shooting lists.
Presets
Configure Presets before photoshoots to streamline production times. Set photography sequences in just a few clicks of the mouse, and press Play in Capture mode to begin photoshoots.
