In PhotoRobot a project groups items inside a workspace, typically for one campaign, batch or product category. Projects hold the items to be photographed and published.

How PhotoRobot uses it

Settings can be applied at project level and override the organization defaults. Shooting lists can be imported into new or existing projects.

  • Item: The basic unit of content in PhotoRobot, usually one product with its folders, frames and metadata.
  • Workspace: In PhotoRobot Controls, the list of hardware (robots, cameras, lights) used for a specific photoshoot.
  • Organization: The tenant boundary in PhotoRobot Cloud, usually one customer.
  • Shooting list: The list of items to be photographed in a project, usually imported from a spreadsheet.
