Status round-trip
Also known as round-trip. Category: E-commerce and workflow
A status round-trip keeps two systems in agreement: when PhotoRobot publishes an item, a webhook handler finds the item's external ID and updates the record in the ERP. It closes the loop between capture and the system of record.
How PhotoRobot uses it
It is the bidirectional sync pattern taught in module I03, built on the external ID and the mapping table.
