Automation for your large products
The CAROUSEL-robots-family was created for photographing large objects, such as cars, machinery and furniture. It can carry anything weighing up to 2,000 kg and with a diameter of up to 3 metres. Its low profile makes it possible to place an object onto the platform in a matter of seconds without the need for an access ramp or even a crane - what is a great benefit comparing to standard robotic platforms.
The platform boasts an exceptionally resistant, robust, yet precise design. Available in 2 configurations - as a 3m rotating platform with drive-up ramps around - or as a 5x5m flat podium (most common setup) with a 3m rotating platform in the centre and straight drive-up ramps at the edges (replaceable for a cyclorama connectors if required).
The constant flow of air through the machine base, which blows through the gap between the stable and rotating part of the table, prevents the ingress of dirt into the machine space.
