PhotoRobot AI Governance Summary

This document serves as the PhotoRobot AI Governance Summary. It ensures that PhotoRobot Cloud uses AI only in the form of OCR (Google Vision) to extract text from images. This supports compliance with PhotoRobot’s contractual obligations under the DPA and SLA. There is no decision-making, predictive, or user-impacted automated AI in use.

The OCR functionality:

• Is not a high-risk AI system
• Is not a transparency-risk system
• Is not a prohibited AI system
• Does not perform autonomous decisions

• A designated technical owner supervises all AI-related functionality
• Any extracted text is visible and can be validated by users
• Users can easily identify incorrect OCR interpretations

• OCR usage documented as part of system architecture
